Responsibilities
? Support customers with inquiries or issues regarding financial products and services through various channels such as phone, text, chat, and video chat.

? Perform routine tasks such as answering inquiries, resolving problems, and providing a best-in-class customer experience.

? Receive direction from supervisors and escalate questions and issues to more senior employees as needed.

? Interact with team members and internal or external customers to provide information and support.

Requirements
? 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

? Bilingual reading, speaking, and listening proficiency in Spanish/English.
