Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Promote products and services to clients. Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues. Keep up to date with industry news and changes to products and services. Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Handle incoming phone calls and emails. Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Stay up to date on M&T Bank policies and procedures.
