We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage employee relations, recruitment, and organizational design while fostering a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our HR initiatives align with the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities
? Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
? Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
? Conduct employee evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for development.
? Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
? Collaborate with management on organization design to optimize workforce efficiency.

Skills
? Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
? Proficiency in data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics effectively.
? Experience with recruiting processes and talent acquisition strategies.
? Familiarity with payroll systems (we use Gusto).
? Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
? Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships across all levels of the organization.
? Experience in contract management related to employment agreements and policies.
