Position Overview
The Analytics and Reporting Lead will drive the standardization and execution of reporting and analytics across shared services. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, build dashboards, and consolidate data reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities: ?Develop and implement a shared service reporting strategy to improve decision-making. ?Analyze data from various systems using statistical techniques. ?Build reports and dashboards in Power BI and/or Tableau. ?Consolidate key performance indicators (KPIs) across business units. ?Support the implementation of future-state reporting technologies, including data lakes. ?Leverage SAP Analytics Cloud and other tools to develop intuitive and actionable reports. ?Collaborate across departments to align reporting and analytics needs with strategic objectives.

?Data lakes and warehouse integration experience
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: ?Bachelor? degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). ?10+ years of experience in consulting, SAP administration, or corporate financial systems ?Expertise in building dashboards and reports, with strong data and analytics acumen. ?Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications: ?SAP Analytics Cloud certification. ?Experience creating and managing data lakes or warehouses. ?Proven experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
