Bring your experience and ideas as a member of Bell's Finance Team you will provide support to the Bell Military H-1 Program Finance team and Program Management team members in relation to Financial Planning & Analysis. What you'll be doing as a Senior Financial Analyst:
Prepare weekly updates to forecast data and identify risk and opportunity items.Explain cost and schedule variances to plan or prior forecast.Analyze monthly financial data.Support and respond to internal and external audit reviews.Ensure integration and synchronization of cost and schedule Earned Value Management (EVM) data.Monitor, analyze, and report the earned value of program accomplishments.Develop, explain, review and track schedules and resources to facilitate program execution.Work closely with other functional organizations, as required.Operate within the guidelines of all corporate and government regulations.
Qualifications
Skills You Bring To this Role:
Cost analysis or schedule analysis skills preferred.Ability to analyze and solve unstructured problems, and demonstrate initiative in making process improvements.Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be a self-starter and able to work well in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience with Primavera P6 software preferred.
What you need to be successful:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar discipline required; Masters degree in Finance preferred.5 years of experience in Earned Value Management, Program Management, Finance or directly related field.Must have strong computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
