IDG+ Architects is currently seeking a talented and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of projects, assist in design solutions, and support the successful execution of architectural projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset to advance projects while working both independently and as part of a team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: ?Project Coordination & Documentation: ?Assist in preparing, modifying, and reviewing design and construction documents, ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards, IDG+ best practices, and project requirements. ?Support the development of project schedules, including defining and meeting deadlines effectively. ?Coordinate with a project architect, as well as consultants, contractors, and clients to integrate materials and systems, respond to requests for information, and adjust the scope of services as needed. ?Attend on-site visits, field reviews, and project meetings, documenting findings and providing meeting minutes as appropriate. ?Design & Technical Support: ?Assist project designers with material, product, and systems research to inform design decisions. ?Support research of code and zoning requirements, ensuring compliance with building codes and accessibility guidelines. ?Participate in team meetings to discuss project issues, technical challenges, and coordination with consultants. ?Assist in preparing and presenting client presentations, ensuring clear and professional communication. ?Team Collaboration & Leadership: ?Assist in logistics management, including coordinating consultant team work sessions and ensuring effective communication. ?Provide guidance and direction to entry-level staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. ?Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting a healthy team dynamic. ?Participate in the integration of sustainable and responsible design practices into projects.

Qualifications: ?Education: Accredited professional degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience. ?Experience: 4-8 years of professional work experience in architecture or a related field. ?Licensure: Actively pursuing Architectural Registration (preferred). ?Technical Skills: ?Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, Rhino 3D modeling, and Grasshopper. ?Experience with graphic software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (preferred). ?Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Bluebeam. ?Knowledge: ?Understanding of sustainability, integrated design guidelines, and QA/QC processes. ?Knowledge of building codes, zoning requirements, and accessibility guidelines. ?Soft Skills: ?Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ?Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally. ?Collaborative and diplomatic leadership style, with a focus on fostering relationships and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications: ?Sustainable design accreditation (e.g., LEED, WELL, etc.).

Salary Range: $65,000-$77,000
