Account Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team in Bee Cave, Texas. This position offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, providing the potential for significant earnings based on your performance.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within an enterprise environment, and possess a passion for cultivating long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities: ?Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, emails, and other outreach efforts. ?Engage with decision-makers and influencers to identify client needs and introduce our services/solutions. ?Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales opportunities. ?Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to exceed sales targets. ?Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems. ?Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and retention. ?Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements: ?3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in an enterprise environment. ?Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ?Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ?Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn commission. ?Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. ?Comfortable with cold calling and other outreach techniques to build a pipeline of prospects.
