About the position

Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls and assist patients with appointment management and inquiries.

Provide extraordinary customer service and problem-solving support to strengthen the patient/clinician relationship.

Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and EPIC systems to manage patient information effectively.

Communicate clearly and professionally with patients to improve access and understanding of their care.

Handle a minimum of 70 calls a day while maintaining a high level of service.
Requirements
A minimum of one year in a clinical or customer service setting preferred.

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and EPIC or other registration systems required.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet programs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Nice-to-haves
Working knowledge of patient-related documents preferred.

A bachelor's or other non-clinical degree combined with an interest in healthcare.
