Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST, Monday - Sunday (shifts vary)

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Inbound Phone Support Agent to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will handle incoming calls from patients, provide empathetic support, and assist with inquiries related to subscriptions, appointments, medication refills, and general concerns. The ideal candidate excels in communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to incoming patient calls with a warm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
• Assist with inquiries about weight-loss prescriptions, appointments, and subscription plans.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding billing, medication usage, and treatment plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payment processing issues.
• Follow company scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and a positive patient experience.
• Accurately document call interactions and patient concerns in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve patient issues efficiently.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy regulations.

Qualifications

Education:
• High School Diploma Education
• Associates & Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred).

Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related support (preferred).

Skills:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes with patience and professionalism.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

Technical Requirements: • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. • Proficiency in using customer support software and call-handling systems.
