As a Senior Financial Analyst at Passport, you???ll have the opportunity to work at the heart of our financial operations, managing the tax data pipeline and providing key insights through data extraction for a variety of functional needs. You???ll play a crucial role in ensuring timely tax filings, preparing monthly accounting accruals, financial margin reports, and shaping forward-looking forecasts and budgets. This role is perfect for someone eager to take ownership, enhancing processes to deliver deeper analysis with the support of an experienced manager. You???ll also collaborate with dynamic teams across the company gaining exposure to diverse parts of the business while tackling ad hoc analysis requests that drive impactful decisions.

What you'll be doing

Manage the underlying duties and tax data pipeline and pull data extracts for different functional uses

Prepare and facilitate Passport???s tax filing support ahead of statutory deadlines

Prepare monthly accounting accruals, financial margin reports, as well as prepare forward looking forecasts and budgets.

Take ownership to build upon current processes for more detailed analysis with guidance from the manager.

Business partner across multiple teams (product, engineering, global trade, finance)

Take on ad hoc analysis for other teams as requested

What we???re looking for:

3+ years of experience in a finance-related role

Degree in Finance or a related field

Expertise in at least one or two of the following areas:

Tax filings and deadline management

Financial planning and analysis

Data management and transformation
