Our school district in Southaven, Mississippi , is looking for a passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. This full-time position is offered as a 1099 contract role, providing you with the freedom to manage your schedule while making a positive impact on the lives of students with special needs.

Responsibilities: ?? Design and implement individualized lesson plans and IEPs for students. ?? Provide support and instruction to students in need of special education services. ?? Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure success. ?? Collaborate with parents, staff, and outside specialists to create a comprehensive learning plan. ?? Foster an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported.

Qualifications: ?? Bachelor??s degree in Special Education or related field. ?? Valid Iowa Special Education certification. ?? Previous experience working with students with disabilities is preferred. ?? Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
