Required Skills and Qualifications: ? * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ? * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. ? * Ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions independently. ? * Familiarity with YouTube platform and community guidelines preferred. ? * Previous experience in content moderation or online community management is a plus. ? Experience: ? * Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required. Training will be provided to successful candidates. ? Working Hours: ? * Flexible scheduling available.
