Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via online chat
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
