About the position

The Field Implementation Coach (FIC) role at State Farm focuses on assisting independent contract agents in adopting marketing and technology processes to enhance their business objectives and customer experience. This position involves direct engagement with agents through face-to-face interactions, as well as support via computer and phone channels. The FIC is responsible for influencing behavioral changes that align with business priorities and requires a strong understanding of digital tactics and tools.

Responsibilities
• Engage with independent agents to influence the adoption of marketing and technology processes.

• Provide ongoing support through face-to-face interactions, computer/video, and phone channels.
,
• Execute activations and deployments with Sales Leaders and other stakeholders.
,
• Demonstrate strong influence and maintain a results-oriented approach in coaching agents.
,
• Continuously learn and adapt to evolving processes and emerging technologies.
,
• Partner with field leaders to drive adoption of enterprise initiatives.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher-level education is desired.
,
• Strong learning agility and technical acumen.
,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, OneNote, Excel, and Word.

• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data and reports.
,
• Strong relationship building skills and initiative to work collaboratively.
,
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice-to-haves
• Understanding of the insurance industry and competitive environment.

• Experience in agency business practices and workflows.
,
• Familiarity with State Farm marketing systems and digital marketing.

• Agency experience is preferred but not required.
