Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Familiarity with online content platforms and social media. • Ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions in accordance with established policies. • Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus but not required.
