Provide helpful and professional insurance service needs to clients and producers

Process binder requests, endorsements, policies, etc.

Verify critical information for file documentation: premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, forms, etc.

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability

Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Requirements
P&C license required

1+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience in a retail brokerage setting

Proficiency in Salesforce

In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
