Sales Representative- Interventional Spine - Pain Portfolio

About the position

As an Interventional Spine Sales Representative at Stryker, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Interventional Spine products to meet customer needs. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, including conducting product evaluations, demonstrating product value, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals. You will track your sales progress and communicate effectively with your Regional Manager, all while providing excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities
• Promote and sell Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customer needs.
,
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
,
• Demonstrate the value of products persuasively to clients.
,
• Track territory progress and communicate wins with the Regional Manager.
,
• Assist customers with product problems and provide proper usage and maintenance information.
,
• Deliver excellent service and support to customers.

Requirements
• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical device preferred) or a Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University with 2+ years of medical device sales experience preferred.
,
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive an automobile.
,
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
,
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
,
• Ability to manage time, projects, stress, and conflict effectively.
,
• Ability to prioritize work and maintain detailed and confidential records.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience in medical device sales.

• Strong presentation skills to large groups.
