A global investment bank is looking for a 1 st class EA. You will use your professional experience and sound judgement to provide seamless support to a demanding and dynamic MD with some additional support to a small team.
What you'll be doing day to day:
?? Extensive and complex diary and inbox management, managing conflicting schedules
?? Inbox management/gatekeeping
?? Extensive global travel planning, preparing detailed itineraries
?? Assistance with conference organisation and client hospitality
?? Building relationships with internal/external stakeholders at all levels
?? Creating and editing reports and presentations
The skills you need to bring:
?? Senior EA experience gained within Investment Banking is essential
?? Exemplary communication and presentation skills
?? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
?? Strong decision-making skills
?? Ability to communicate with senior management and executives
?? Superb attention to detail
?? Strong MS Office skills
