Remote Medicare Telesales Agent

Position Summary: We are seeking dedicated and licensed Telesales Agents to field inbound calls from Medicare prospects, build a sales pipeline, and convert those prospects into new sales. In this role, you will be responsible for answering Medicare-related questions and ensuring that all calls comply with CMS-mandated requirements. You will work closely with prospects to sell Medicare Part C, Part D, Medicare Supplement, and ancillary healthcare products. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM ET, with flexibility to work Saturdays and until 8 PM ET on a rotational basis with prior notice.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Field inbound calls from Medicare prospects, providing them with relevant information and guiding them through the sales process. ?? Make outbound calls to Medicare prospects using a dialer, actively engaging them to offer Medicare products. ?? Sell Medicare Part C, Part D, Medicare Supplement, and ancillary healthcare products. ?? Answer Medicare-related questions and ensure compliance with CMS regulations during phone calls. ?? Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales goals. ?? Document call information and track sales activities in CRM software. ?? Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all communications.

Qualifications: ?? Valid license to sell health care plans. ?? At least 1 year of experience selling in a call center environment OR a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) selling, either face-to-face or over the phone, can be used as a substitute for call center experience. ?? Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and management. ?? Proven ability to resolve difficult situations independently, demonstrating a take-charge attitude. ?? Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office software.

Education:
?? High School Diploma or GED required.

Work Schedule:
?? Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM ET.

Compensation:
?? Pay rate: $20.00/hr
