Description:
?? Support CCU Academy Representatives with dual credit application processing.
?? Organize and process documents for review by academic leaders.
?? Track and communicate missing application items to representatives.
?? Help solve application barriers and assist with registrations for programs.
?? Engage with campus-wide programming and student success activities.

Requirements: ?? Bachelor??s degree in education or related field preferred. ?? Effective administrative skills and background preferred. ?? Demonstrated skills in organization, project management, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making, including the ability to work under the pressure of deadlines. ?? High attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective. ?? Effective oral and written communication skills. ?? Excellent customer service. ?? Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member and as an individual contributor. ?? Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and simultaneously manage multiple tasks. ?? Work manage time effectively as a self-starter. ?? Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. ?? Familiar with Salesforce, Filebound, and Adobe Pro preferred.
