Responsibilities of Merchandise Stock Associate:

?? Follows set operating procedures to ring up customer purchases and manage returns effectively

?? Adheres to company protocols and standards while preparing and organizing merchandise for placement on the sales floor
?? Takes the lead and joins in store recovery as needed during the day
?? Ensures compliance with the organizational, cleanliness, and recovery criteria for the sales area and participates in the overall store cleanliness upkeep
?? Provides and welcomes consistent appreciation and constructive feedback
?? Upholds all labor regulations, policies, and procedural guidelines
?? Participates in and supports programs focusing on reducing store shrink
?? Engages in actions that emphasize safety awareness and the maintenance of a safe setting
