Job Overview:
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, youll be an essential part of Amazons mission to deliver timely, accurate, and professional support to customers. Youll communicate primarily through phone and email to resolve customer inquiries, expedite orders, and address post-sales concerns in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with order-related inquiries, such as tracking, changes, and troubleshooting. Use a variety of software tools to access customer accounts and provide accurate solutions. Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email. Resolve post-sales problems and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a professional and customer-focused demeanor at all times.
Position Details:
Work Schedule: Flexible, reduced hours (30-39 hours per week). May require working outside standard business hours depending on business needs.
Location: Fully remote; no need to report to an office.
Compensation: $25.00 per hour.
