Customer Service Support Representative (Remote/WFH) - Hiring Now

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent (required). Some college or relevant certifications are a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable with working independently and managing your time effectively. • Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries at once. • A quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable internet access. • Must be located in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications: • Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, or online support). • Experience with chat-based support systems. • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customer situations with professionalism. • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
