In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects move forward smoothly by coordinating various logistical elements and managing communication between teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction processes and project management, with the ability to multitask and resolve issues as they arise. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that materials are delivered on time, schedules are adhered to, and all necessary documentation is maintained. With your keen attention to detail and proactive approach, you will help maintain quality assurance in all projects, contributing to the overall success of C.L. Jack Stelly & Associates, Inc. Responsibilities
• Coordinate the flow of information between all parties involved in the construction process.
• Monitor and expedite the delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Communicate proactively with project managers regarding potential delays or issues.
• Review project documentation for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Support the procurement process by coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain detailed records and reports of project activities and logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction coordination, logistics, or project management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and terminology.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects at once.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
