As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you will engage in both voice and non-voice tasks, facilitating effective communication and information verification on behalf of our healthcare client. Your contributions will directly enhance the quality of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in voice and non-voice processes as required.
Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear communication.
Verify information from third-party entities using online resources.
Complete Enrichment Tasks according to client training protocols.
Conduct data entry, validate vendor information, and follow up on board certifications.
Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all assigned tasks.
Remain open to additional duties as they arise.
