- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain standard call volume as outlined in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Engage in outbound calling when inbound call volume is low to maximize opportunities
- Assist in achieving company and department KPIs
- Participate in training and utilize tools and resources for professional growth
- Address customer concerns effectively, involving management as necessary
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
- Experience with common office hardware and software, including Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and dependability
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
