Responsibilities: ?? Provide remote ABA services and conduct behavior assessments for clients in Wisconsin. ?? Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to client needs. ?? Supervise RBTs and work closely with families and other professionals. ?? Keep accurate, up-to-date documentation on client progress and treatment plans. ?? Ensure that services are aligned with ABA best practices and ethical standards.

Qualifications: ?? Active BCBA certification and Wisconsin state licensure. ?? At least 2 years of experience as a BCBA. ?? Strong understanding of ABA principles and remote service delivery. ?? Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ?? Ability to start immediately and manage a flexible schedule independently.
