We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Centre Manager to lead our outbound sales team. Key Responsibilities: ?? Lead and manage a team of outbound sales agents. ?? Ensure 130+ outbound calls are made daily by each team. ?? Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and generate new business opportunities. ?? Train and coach team members to improve performance and achieve results. ?? Monitor call centre metrics and KPIs to maintain high standards of performance. ?? Collaborate with leadership to optimize outbound sales processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements: ?? Proven experience in managing and training call centre employees focused on outbound sales. ?? Excellent communication and leadership skills. ?? Strong familiarity with CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus). ?? Ability to foster a results-driven and energetic team culture. ?? Must have 9 out of 10 English proficiency (written and spoken). ?? Experience in outbound sales, with a focus on lead generation and setting appointments. ?? Ability to work remotely in a quiet environment, with a reliable computer (4 GB of RAM), high-speed internet, and a quality microphone headset.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

?? Cold calling: 3 years (Preferred)
?? Contact Center Managing or Training: 2 years (Preferred)

Pay: $45,535.00 - $70,968.00 per year

Schedule:
?? 8 hour shift
?? Monday to Friday
