Position Overview:
The role of a Virtual BDC Agent, (Customer Engagement Specialist), is a vital member of the Virtual BDC department. Assigned team members are responsible for managing daily operations including inbound and outbound calls, text messages and emails.

Qualifications: Prospective candidates must demonstrate prior experience in the following: ?? Call Center Experience is REQUIRED ?? Prior professional exposure to customer service, sales positions ?? Articulate. strong communication skills ?? Results driven, high-performance standards ?? Ability to work remotely, understand technology requirements ?? Required Schedule Availability ( All in Central Timezone) ?? Must be available 9am - 6pm, 10am-7pm &/or 11am-8pm

Responsibilities & Tasks:
The following is a breakdown of tasks expected to be completed during one??s time in this position.
?? Consistent oversight of all assigned leads
?? Schedule 10+ quality appointments per day
?? Accurate data reporting, performacec tracking
?? Professional presentation to assigned partners
?? Mastery of all Owner Connect scripts, word tracks & process

Compensation:
