Sales Manager - Electric Equipment Selling

Role Details:

?? Position: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

?? Completing sales efforts outlined in the Marketing Plan to achieve and/or exceed revenue goals;

?? Assisting in the development of the marketing plan and annual budget;

?? Identify and develop new client bases and maintain relationships with existing clients to enhance business networks;

?? Ensure client retention through dedicated customer service and support;

?? Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities;

?? Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities;

?? Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

?? Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field;

?? 3 -5 years of sales or marketing experience in the electrical equipment sector, preferably in transformers;

?? Proven experience in B2B environments;

?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of clients;

?? Ability to work effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the technical aspects of products and services meet the project???s requirements;

?? Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations;
