Engage in limited inside sales responsibilities, without the need for cold calling.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on product proposals and customer inquiries promptly.
Efficiently manage orders and secure proof approvals while providing top-tier customer service.
Conduct onboarding calls for new clients to facilitate a seamless transition to our services.
Track and manage client cases for our loyalty program, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Monitor customer orders and product shipments while promptly resolving any issues that arise, striving for a swift resolution.
Perform additional tasks as required to support team objectives.
