Commission Structure:

Monthly commission:
?? 1-4 memberships: $5 per membership
?? 5-11 memberships: $10 per membership
?? 12-19 memberships: $20 per membership
?? 20+ memberships: $30 per membership

Additional bi-weekly commission:
?? Sell 5 memberships: $1 raise for hours worked
?? Sell 10 memberships: $2 raise for hours worked
