This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for social media and digital marketing to work remotely and help grow our YouTube presence.

Responsibilities: ?? Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage our YouTube audience ?? Manage and promote YouTube content to maximize visibility and engagement ?? Collaborate with content creators to plan, create, and optimize videos for our target audience ?? Utilize SEO, keywords, and other YouTube best practices to drive growth ?? Track, analyze, and report on channel metrics, viewer insights, and video performance ?? Engage with viewers, manage comments, and foster a strong community ?? Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends and algorithm changes

Qualifications: ?? Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels ?? Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and audience engagement ?? Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with content creators ?? Creative mindset with a focus on producing engaging content ?? Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics ?? Knowledge of video editing software is a plus
