?? We are keen on welcoming a virtual paralegal who has at least 3 years of experience in a law firm setting, proficiency in at least two or more areas of law, has been engaged in a law firm setting within the past six months, and is technologically proficient.
?? Operate with significant independence and maintain timely communication with clients between 9 am and 6 pm.

Requirements: ?? Bachelor??s degree ?? 3+ years of recent experience (within 6 months) working as a paralegal ?? 3+ years working remotely ?? Strong soft skills, including the ability to manage dynamic conditions and remain proactive in a fast-paced work environment ?? Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail ??... Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned tasks ?? Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal research platforms, document management systems, video conferencing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite ?? Resourceful problem solver who can find creative solutions to challenges ?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail ?? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment ?? Your own Windows laptop and smartphone with broadband access to the internet ?? Quiet location in which to make and take phone calls
