Key Responsibilities
Produce verbatim transcripts from audio recordings of depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings.
Ensure adherence to client-specific style guides while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of legal terminology throughout the transcription process.
Required Skills
Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
Exceptional listening abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Outstanding literacy skills, including spelling and grammar proficiency.
Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Familiarity with processing sensitive audio/text content.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
Qualifications
Significant experience in legal transcription is required.
Familiarity with legal terminology is essential.
Candidates must be able to pass a background check.
