What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Process patient cases and create benefit investigations within the system
Call insurance companies to determine patient coverage for pharmaceuticals
Maintain attention to detail throughout all tasks
Utilize dual monitors to effectively multitask and manage workload
Ensure a quiet workspace free from distractions while working remotely
What Is Required (Qualifications)
At least 1 year of insurance verification experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Active high-speed internet installed and ability to work from home
Ability to hardwire to an internet router
Availability for shifts between Monday and Friday, 7a - 8p CST
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Medical call center experience is a plus, but not required
Reside in the state of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Texas, or Utah
