Ricci & Associates is seeking a Data Entry Operator to work remotely and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes. This role is critical to maintaining high-quality records that support smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and be comfortable working independently from home. Key Responsibilities: ?? Accurately enter, update, and... maintain information across various systems and databases. ?? Verify data accuracy by reviewing and cross-referencing source documents. ?? Work remotely with internal teams to collect, clarify, and validate missing or incomplete data. ?? Identify and correct data inconsistencies and errors promptly. ?? Generate reports and summaries as needed for stakeholders. ?? Manage and organize digital records in compliance with data security protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications: ?? Previous experience in data entry or a similar role. ?? Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management tools. ?? Strong typing speed with high accuracy (50-70 WPM preferred). ?? Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines while working remotely. ?? High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. ?? Familiarity with CRMs or data management platforms is a plus.

Educational Requirements: ?? High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred).

Pay: 24-32$/hr
