Key Responsibilities
• * Passenger Assistance: Provide courteous and efficient service to passengers at the airport, including check-in, ticketing, and boarding processes.
• * Issue Resolution: Handle passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively, offering solutions and escalating issues as necessary.
• * Operational Duties: Manage flight information, assist with boarding procedures, and ensure timely departure of flights.
• * Documentation: Verify passenger documents and ensure compliance with airline policies and regulatory requirements.
• * Coordination: Work closely with other airline departments, including baggage handling, security, and maintenance teams, to ensure seamless operations.
• * Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including emergency procedures and regulations.
• * Customer Service: Offer personalized service, including special assistance for passengers with disabilities or special needs.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with passengers and colleagues.

• Experience
• * Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.

• Working Hours
• * This is a full-time position, with shifts that may include weekends, holidays, and evenings. Flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate the airports operational schedule.
