As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will assist with inquiries, provide information about products and services, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
Documenting customer interactions and updating records.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
