We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Duties
• Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Engage clients in activities to promote socialization and mental alertness
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior
• Follow care plans and maintain documentation of services provided

Qualifications
• Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred (3 YEARS, 1 YEAR IF CNA CERT.)
• Knowledge of home health practices and techniques
• Ability to work with individuals requiring special care.
• Strong observation skills to assess clients' needs and conditions
• Capability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
• Proficiency in meal preparation and cooking
• Familiarity with IN HOME environments is required for this role.
