Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing (Entry Level)
FSTONE Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing (Entry Level). You will be responsible for accurately entering and organizing data into our company's system. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but strong typing skills and attention to detail are a must. This is a remote position, allowing... you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently enter data into the company's system
Organize and categorize data in a timely manner
Ensuring data integrity and accuracy by double-checking information
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
Communicate effectively with the team to identify and resolve any data entry issues
Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to data entry
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent education required
Proven experience in data entry, administrative or clerical work is a plus
Proficient typing and computer skills, able to enter data with speed and accuracy
Familiarity with data management and analysis software is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies
Strong time management and organizational skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working independently and remotely
