Key Responsibilities

Distribute auction data via email to internal teams for processing and posting.
Conduct thorough reviews of posted data to ensure alignment with the original auction information through meticulous cross-referencing and verification.
Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, including complex errors in postings.
Collaborate with the posting team to maintain accuracy and provide necessary updates or feedback.
Maintain well-organized records of auction data, posting outcomes, and any corrections made.
Propose process enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency in our data handling.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects related to wholesale data management.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry, and error-checking.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify errors and inconsistencies.
Excellent communication capabilities to foster collaboration with team members.
