As a Senior Sales Representative, you will drive the growth of custom healthcare software by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare digital companies, and closing sales. You will play a key role in helping tech driven healthcare businesses adopt cutting-edge technology to improve their operations and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads in the healthcare industry, including RCM, RPM, healthcare product-based companies, and hospitals. ?? Sales Presentations: Conduct case study demos and presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of OSP healthcare solutions to potential clients. ?? Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare companies to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. ?? Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. ?? Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with decision-makers in healthcare organizations and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. ?? Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive software in the healthcare technology space. ?? Expectations: Proven experience scoping fixed-bid work in Healthcare IT. Demonstrated success in closing complex deals in the healthcare sector. ?? Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, performance, and market feedback using CRM tools.

Qualifications: ?? Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology space. ?? Familiarity with healthcare IT solutions is highly preferred. ?? Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including workflows, challenges, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA compliance, etc.). ?? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ?? Ability to build and nurture client relationships with C-level executives, and healthcare decision-makers. ?? Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. ?? Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and other sales tracking software. ?? Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
