Position Overview: As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you will engage with customers in real-time via our chat platform, answering questions, providing support, and resolving issues. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all users, while also promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat. ?? Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, services, and company policies. ?? Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, product questions, or service-related problems. ?? Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or products. ?? Escalate complex inquiries or issues to the relevant departments when necessary. ??
