Key Responsibilities: ?? Handle inbound calls for dealership clients, providing top-notch customer service. ?? Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor while assisting customers. ?? Work effectively in a team-based environment to achieve common goals. ?? Schedule service appointments and address basic inquiries. ?? Update and manage customer and vehicle information accurately. ?? Resolve customer concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer standards. ?? Conduct outbound calls using pre-designed scripts for service/sales follow-up. ?? Comply with company policies related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
