What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Respond to high volume clinician and patient billing inquiries across multiple communication platforms
Maintain appropriate response times and effectively document billing-related inquiries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience
Identify issues and propose potential improvements to existing processes
Participate in various projects that encourage innovative thinking and problem-solving
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
At least 1+ year of customer service experience
Previous experience in healthcare or call center environments is strongly preferred
Proficiency in Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce)
Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Bilingual capabilities
Experience with alpha-numeric data entry and 10-key
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High energy and a self-starter attitude
