Fully Remote Project Manager

Swoon is actively seeking a Project Manager to join the team of our client! You??ll work closely with the Events team and other cross-functional partners to build a scalable and efficient fulfillment center (swag store) for the business including the platform build... stakeholder onboarding, and store management.

What will your day-to-day look like?
?? Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams, including marketing and events, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment on strategies and timelines
?? Project Management: Oversee multiple projects like platform builds and stakeholder onboarding, ensuring deadlines are met and processes are scalable for global use
?? Optimization through Data: Analyze feedback and metrics to continuously improve fulfillment center operations, driving efficiency and adapting business growth

What??s required?
?? 5+ years of project management in a B2B enterprise software company
?? Highly skilled with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), and technology literate
?? Proven capacity for exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
?? Extremely organized, detail-oriented, self-starting, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
?? Strong project management skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
?? Efficient and effective meeting management skills
?? Must be metrics driven and be a strong analytical thinker
?? Experience building out a fulfillment or swag store
