Job Description

Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Responsibilities



  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.

  • Track and document all customer interactions using our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
