About the Role:

Our client, a top-tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Airline Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a deep understanding and passion for the airline industry. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in airline operations, particularly in Passenger Support Systems (PSS), award pricing, and booking & ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Lead and manage airline operations projects, with a focus on Passenger Support Systems (PSS). ?? Oversee and optimize award pricing strategies, leveraging ITA software. ?? Provide expert guidance on Sabre booking and ticketing systems, ensuring efficient and accurate processes. ?? Collaborate with stakeholders, particularly within Alaska Airlines, to ensure successful project outcomes. ?? Essential Requirements: ?? 10-15+ years of experience as an SME in airline operations, with a focus on PSS programs. ?? Proven expertise in award pricing, ITA software, and Sabre booking & ticketing systems. ?? In-depth experience working with Alaska Airlines or similar carriers. ?? Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
