As a 3rd shift remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company, providing top-notch support and assistance to our valued callers in ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way. Our call center is open 7 days a week and the candidate must be available to work a 5 day schedule... from 8:00 pm - 5:00 am or 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.

What We're Looking For:

Successful candidates must live in Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, or South Carolina only and possess their own computer equipment identified below to ensure compatibility with CDS' software applications:
?? Laptop or desktop computer
?? Two monitors to allow for easy switching between multiple open apps
?? Windows 10/11 Pro (not Home or Home S Mode).
?? Processor - Intel Core i5, i7, etc. Celeron processors are not recommended.
?? 8GB Memory / RAM.
?? Hard Drive Size - Minimum 128GB.
?? Wired Ethernet connection - wireless connections via WiFi, no Hotspot or 5G.
?? Internet Speed - Wired internet speed from internet provider needs to be 100 mbps
?? Chromebooks and Macs are not acceptable or compatible.

Your skills:
?? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
?? Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
?? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
?? Previous call center customer service experience
?? High school diploma or equivalent
